About Me

Hi! I am Vikash, I'm currently graduated student from IIT Kanpur in 2024. I have finished my Dual degree BS-MS student in Chemical Science at at "Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur", Uttar Pradesh (India). Basically, I'm belongs to Rajasthan (AJMER) in India.

Presently, I'm working as a Seniour Research Associate at Molecular Functional Materials Research Group, IIT Kanpur. Here I'm working over the Project entitled "Enhancing the Electronic-Coupling and Band Gap Tunability in Ferrocenyl Molecular Ultra-Thin Film by Pd & Cu Doping."

Currently, I mainly focused on the interdisciplinary research at the intersection of Physical and Material Science Chemistry, Surface Science, Semiconductor Physics, and Materials Science. Skilled in computational techniques, spectroscopy methods (AFM, STM, XPS, NMR), Polymers, Nanotechnology and Nano‑materials, Some kind of Spectroscopic techniques, as well as Industrial Production of Perfumes and Fragrances. During my undergraduate years, I was able to acquire few research skills, which were supposed to allow me to explore new sectors and narrow my interests towards my Master’s Thesis Project (MTP).

In the near future, I wish to look towards more exciting opportunities to advance as a research scientist, as well as to make a comprehensive and integrated contribution to the exciting research in those areas.

In addition to my course interests, I have a keen interest in data science and algorithms, Node packages, web development/designing, Kotlin, Flutter, Dart and front‑end development particular. Also I have done data analysis for probing material properties at the atomic level.
